JTG Grove Investments is owned by James and Tiffany Glover, who opened the company in 2016. James and Tiffany met at the University of Florida, where James received his Real Estate and Law Degrees, and Tiffany graduated with degrees in Anthropology and Business. They married in 2015, and live in Coconut Grove with two beautiful girls and one mischievous cat.
James has worked in the real estate industry for almost 15 years. Prior to running JTG Grove, James was a real estate attorney representing institutional lenders, developers, and owner-operators. James has guided more than $50 million of transactions, and managed a 1,000 unit portfolio across 4 states, including 100 units under JTG Grove. In his free time, James loves coffee, orchids, scuba diving, and his BBQ smoker.
